5th January 2010

Hi ,
it's my first week finished, I didn't quite meet my 10,000 steps per day challenge, but I did get there 4 out of 7 days, which is heaps better than I did the week before.
I lost 0.5kg this week, I had hoped for better, but then I did over eat a lot of the time!
So this week, I'll be more honest with the point counting and tracking and a bit more dilegent with the steps.

I'm not going to be too hard on myself as Dave has been home, and usually when he's around it's hard to keep any semblance of a routine. So a pat on my back for even starting up at all!

I need to go for a walk this morning, before anymore of the day slips by.
