Hi it's now june, and after reading my january post I am sorry to say I have not been on the program!
Well I have been for 2 weeks, but not for the six months that I should have been!
I had a teeeny loss this week, 100g! I'm not exactly happy with that! I worked quite hard and did a lot of exercise, but I'll take it and hope for a better reward next week at friday's weigh in!
I'm off to get on with it, happy Weight Watchering :)

Hi ,
it's my first week finished, I didn't quite meet my 10,000 steps per day challenge, but I did get there 4 out of 7 days, which is heaps better than I did the week before.
I lost 0.5kg this week, I had hoped for better, but then I did over eat a lot of the time!
So this week, I'll be more honest with the point counting and tracking and a bit more dilegent with the steps.
I'm not going to be too hard on myself as Dave has been home, and usually when he's around it's hard to keep any semblance of a routine. So a pat on my back for even starting up at all!
I need to go for a walk this morning, before anymore of the day slips by.

Well here we go again, I have challenged myself to a 10/12 week challenge. It's either 10 or 12 weeks as I started with 10 and realised that Easter is about 12 weeks. So either way, I will stick to my points, drink 2ltrs of water and walk 1hr per day! regardless of circumstances, unless I get really sick, not much I can do about that! but I want to clock up 10,000 steps on the pedometre every day, I am going ok so far, got about 7000 up.
Well that's about it for now, I'll be back!
